After volunteering, you will walk away from the event feeling not only happy for contributing but inspired. Throughout the weekend, participants and spectators will stop and thank you, and you will receive recognition in more ways than you could ever imagine. But what will resonate, is the pride you feel for taking part in the most anticipated community and family event of the year; the pride you feel for seeing the event come together thanks to the efforts of you and more than 1,000 other volunteers. 

 Aside from joining the community in celebration of healthy, active living, in exchange for your time, you will receive a commemorative Blue Nose Volunteer T-Shirt, free transportation to and from the event on Friday, Saturday and Sunday via Halifax Transit and a Certificate of Achievement for your records. It’s a fantastic time!
