I am a recent graduate of a Bachelor of Commerce degree. I am a suitable candidate for a volunteer position related to the business field. Some examples of positions include administrative, research, coordinator. I am hard-working, have great organization skills, possess good communication skills, etc. Most of all, I am eager to learn through a volunteer position along with offering my existing capabilities.

I offer professional volunteer support in property and office administration, tenant and community communication, records management, documentation, and process improvement. My experience includes residential lease administration, tenant-account support, notices and correspondence, move-in and move-out documentation, database accuracy, workflow coordination, and the development of practical templates and service processes. I use Yardi, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, digital forms, and tracking tools. I hold a Property Management Certificate from Humber Polytechnic and completed the University of Toronto’s Non-Profit Leadership, Strategy and Change program. I am continuing my professional development through the Institute of Housing Management and am enrolled in ONPHA’s Ontario RGI Administration Course, running from September 15 to December 8, 2026. I am particularly interested in supporting a municipality, community agency, nonprofit housing provider, or social and affordable housing organization. My goal is to contribute useful administrative and operational skills while gaining relevant public-service and community-housing experience.

I’m an experienced and detail-oriented Infrastructure Analyst with a strong passion for building reliable, secure, and scalable IT environments. My background includes working with network infrastructure, cloud platforms (such as Azure/AWS), system administration, and troubleshooting complex technical issues to ensure business continuity. I enjoy optimizing systems, improving performance, and implementing best practices in infrastructure monitoring, automation, and security. I enjoy volunteering. I’ve been doing it for over 45 years. I’ve worked with children and adults. I am now working in a centre that deals with homelessness. I enjoy doing that very much. I like meeting people and I get along with people very well. I’ve also have volunteered working in offices., schools, fundraising, libraries, and right now I am volunteering, dealing with homelessness
