Call for Volunteers for 360°Experience!!! 

This event holding on Thursday, February 29th 2024 is our annual event that aims to raise awareness about youth homelessness and raise funds for our programs and services that support vulnerable youth in York Region. Participants that take part fundraise through a fundraising page leading up to the event and spend a night outside to gain the understanding of the harsh realities of what a youth experiencing homelessness face. This year is our 11th year organizing this event, and our goal this year is $400,000 and your participation is instrumental in achieving this milestone. 

 Overview of the 360°Experience Event: Over the past decade, the event has raised over $1.7 million! Participants can engage in-person or virtually, spending a symbolic night on the streets, simulating the challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness. • In-person Event: Over 30 participants take to the streets for the entire night, visiting community agencies and seeking shelter in the harsh weather with limited resources. • Event Start: 7pm at the Community safety Village located at 3291 Stouffville Rd, Whitchurch-Stouffville, ON L4A 7X5. • Event End: 6am at the Community Safety Village, concluding with a hot breakfast and media interviews. Ways to Participate: 1. Driver Opportunities: Support our in-person participants from 6pm – 6am on February 29th 2024. Must have a driver's license, own vehicle, be over 18 years of age, and can bring a partner (who must also have a license in case the driver gets tired). 2. Corporate Challenge at the Community Safety Village in Stouffville: A blend of our traditional in-person event, but within a team environment outdoors from 7pm – 1am only. We’re looking for volunteers to form a virtual team with friends and family to participate together. • If you cannot volunteer in-person, we encourage you to register as a virtual participant and raise funds.
