Your duties as a volunteer activity assistant will vary but essentially you would be here to help bring positive energy to our team! You will be tasked with working directly with our program participants by helping them to complete activities. Our staff will facilitate the activities and provide all the materials and volunteers provide "hand-over-hand" (physical) assistance to our program participants. Additionally, you will be encouraged to engage in fun conversation with the program participants which will hopefully help you learn about different communication styles. 

⦁ No prior experience is necessary 

⦁ This is an in-person opportunity to engage with participants in a 1:1 and group setting

⦁ Must bring your own lunch 

⦁ Hours: 8:45- 3 pm, 8:45-12:30 pm, 11:30-3 pm

⦁ Documentation required: Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination, Vulnerable Sector Screening, Resume 

⦁ Suitable for 16+
