About This Opportunity
Our Mission: WE HELP.
Volunteers book appointments for clients over the telephone and in person utilizing software called Link2Feed. Clients may also request a delivery. Client information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Client files are reviewed, updated or created at the time an appointment is booked. Volunteers need to have a good understanding of how the process works in our Food Bank. Clients are treated with respect and dignity, free from judgement. Previous customer service or clerical skills would be beneficial.
