As a volunteer, you will play an essential role in ensuring the success of our charitable initiatives. Your duties include:

1. Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a Family Services of Peel ambassador at Rama Gaming House.
2. Welcoming customers at the entrance, assisting with doors and expressing gratitude for their support.
3. Providing information about games, programs, and promotions while answering customer questions.
4. Engaging with customers in the Cabinet Game area and fostering a welcoming environment.
5. Assisting with promotions when requested, such as handing out ballots or prizes.
6. Supporting charity awareness initiatives through displays, brochures, and giveaways.
7. Helping with clean-up tasks, such as tidying bingo areas and collecting used materials.
8. Assisting with food delivery and collection of trays in the kitchen area.
9. If required, aiding in bingo winner call-backs (training will be provided).
10. Helping to giving back to community and volunteer hours will be provided upon request.
