About This Opportunity

Do you enjoy working with seniors? Do you want to be a part of a fun, inclusive environment? Hawthorne is looking for a Bingo caller for our weekly Bingo program. With this position you would be responsible for: - setting up the Bingo supplies - escorting residents/tenants to and from bingo area - providing residents/tenants with bingo cards/supplies - calling Bingo numbers (5 different games) - distributing prizes to the Bingo winners

Days/Times: We are looking for volunteers for the following time slots. Thursday: 2:00 - 4:00 PM

With this position, you will gain valuable experience working directly with seniors. You will learn: - effective communication skills - problem solving - gain knowledge about the older adult population - make a positive connection within your community - have FUN!
