!!VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!
Hi everyone! Blanket BC is a local nonprofit organization that collects, and distributes, blanket and warm accessories( socks, toque, and gloves etc...) to shelter programs and family in need throughout the entire year. Serving the community for over 18years, Blanket BC has provided over 550,000 blankets to date! We are hosting BLANKET BC DRIVE ON THE LINE on NOVEMBER 17th and 18th, 2023 This event is North America's LARGEST BLANKET DRIVE. It's a great event to involve families, friends and colleagues - great team building opportunity! We are in need of more Blanketeers (Blanket BC ver. of Volunteer name!) for both Friday 17th & Saturday 18th of November.
Available shifts are; * 8:30am - 12:30pm * 11:30am - 3:30pm * 1:30pm - 5:30pm
Available 9 Stations are; * Waterfront * Vancouver City Centre * Yaletown * Broadway City Hall * Oakridge 41st * Marine Drive * Bridgeport * Lansdowne * RIchmond Brighouse If you have spare of your time and warmth to share please sign up on our website BlanketBC.org. Please provide it below.
