Calgary Bluesfest couldn’t happen without the dedication and hard work of its volunteers! They have been the driving force of this event’s success over the last 19 years. 

Currently seeking help with: Set Up and/or Strike or combine with a shift during the event. 

 SETUP 

• Sunday July 28 9-5ish setting up fencing gloves and tools provided meals & drinks provided  
• Monday, July 28 thru Wednesday July 31 9-5ish every day gloves and tools provided meals & drinks provided work will be emptying the Sea-Can (Monday/Tuesday) followed by setting up tables, chairs, signage, moving equipment around, stock, inventory, etc. 

 STRIKE (Tear Down) 

• Holiday Monday Aug 5, 2023 (and Tues Aug 6 if you are available) Tear down the whole site, stack tables, chairs, move boxes and all annual event supplies etc. to Box Container (Sea-Can) 
• Aug 6 disassemble fencing & stack it for pick up.
