About This Opportunity
Join a dynamic team to represent the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre in the community and collaborate on the policy and governance of the Centre.
The Victoria Sexual Assault Centre, a leader in the healing and prevention of sexualized violence, seeks leadership-oriented feminists who share a commitment to ending sexualized violence.
We welcome folks of all genders with a variety of skills, experience, and backgrounds, to join the Board of Directors or volunteer on one of our Board committees.
As part of our dynamic team, you will help ensure the ongoing success of the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre (VSAC) by attending Board meetings, serving on committees, participating in VSAC events, and representing VSAC in the community.
Previous Board experience is not required, although an asset.
We ask for a two-year commitment from our Board of Directors and a 1-year commitment for committee members.
