About This Opportunity
As Treasurer, you will:
- Review each years' projected annual budgets as set by the D/C and ratified by the board.
- Attend quarterly meetings to review quarterly reports based on the projected annual budget.
- Have awareness and access to multi-year projected budgets
- Provide financial oversight to support the sustainability and transparency of Gallery 101.
Commitments include:
- Attending Board meetings every 6–8 weeks (virtually or in person, approx. 1 hour each).
- Participating in the AGM and assisting with annual financial reporting.
- Engaging with Gallery 101 events whenever possible.
This role requires an Ottawa-based individual, as occasional in-person tasks (such as document signings) may be necessary.
