We have positions available at the information booths and volunteer tent organizers. 

 The duties of the information booths are:

 - Greet guests and be a friendly and welcoming presence 

- Hand out maps, flags, and schedules to guests 

- Answer any questions about the scheduled events

 - Direct guests using the maps provided 

 The duties of the volunteer tent are: 

 - Help greet volunteers and help them to sign in and fill out the waiver 

- Give volunteers their assigned t-shirt size 

- Provide snacks and beverages to volunteers at the tent 

 Volunteers must check in at the volunteer tent fifteen minutes before their scheduled shift.
