About This Opportunity
Each participant is visited right at their door step. This is an average of 3-5 minutes per home and done on door step. We do not enter homes. We build connections with the participants and their families; becoming liaison between other agencies, if required. Each participant receives weekly flyer letting them know about the upcoming week's program and time the bus will pick them up.
