Catalysts' Circle is seeking volunteer support with our communications.  This is a remote opportunity.

The tasks described in this volunteer  job description could be taken on by one person, or by a combination of people.   Catalysts' Circle is committed to an approach that provides meaning for the individual volunteer(s) we engage.

Graphic Design: 

• Creating a consistent and engaging look and feel to Catalysts’ Circle materials, including designing new and using existing graphics and sourcing pictures/graphics as appropriate

• Ensuring final products are in the appropriate formats needed for their final uses

Information Management

• Ensuring Catalysts’ Circle materials are accessible through its digital resource library as well as its learning platform, including categorization and tagging of resources for ease of searchability

• Supporting the design of course and workshop materials, as needed

• Ensuring materials are cited with the appropriate copyright information

• Identifying appropriate citations for various source materials

Copy Edits

• Proofreading Catalysts' Circle articles, learning modules and tools for coherence, syntax, grammar and spelling

Social Media posting

• Supporting the Catalysts' Circle communications strategy by posting on social media    (LinkedIn) 

• Monitoring social media connections and analytics
