We are seeking a volunteer speaker with expertise and lived experience in grassroots conservation, local flora and fauna, pond-dipping, the 5Rs, environmental stewardship.
Speaker needed regarding Community Engagement in Conservation --> Highlighting the importance of local community involvement in protecting and restoring environments, fostering stewardship, and creating inclusive strategies for long-term conservation. An honourarium may be provided.
Youth Eco-Leaders Programs – empowering young people through training, mentorship, and conservation projects.
School–Community Partnerships – connecting classrooms with conservation areas for curriculum-linked outdoor learning.
Leading curriculum related tours / field trips through the forest or for wetlands pond-dipping in the City of Saskatoon at a pre-determined location
