Food Preparation
- December 13th, 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st
- Various dish prepared ahead of time for the Christmas Lunch on the 21st
- Starts at 9:00 am
- No experience needed!
Service on December 21st
- Arrival at 11:00 for all servers
- Debriefing
- 1st team of servers: Buffet style service
- 2nd team of servers: people are seated and the team will bring them their dish
- 2 sittings
- Help set up and clean up after the meal
