Community Porter
Summary
Volunteers are needed to help push the program participants’ wheelchairs (also known as portering!) during community outings
Transportation from the program to the destination and back will be covered by the organization as well as entry to the event.
⦁ Must bring your own lunch
⦁ No prior experience is necessary
⦁ Hours: As needed
⦁ Documentation required: Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination, Vulnerable Sector Screening, Resume
⦁ Valid First Aid and Level C CPR is an asset

Your two responsibilities will include portering a participant during a community outing and actively engaging in fun conversation with the participant while on the excursion!
