Mothers to Daughters, a for-impact organization whose focus is to bridge intergenerational gaps amongst women, is currently seeking a Content Creator & Graphic Designer. Reporting to the Social Media Coordinator and Director Brand Awareness, in this position, you will create content and outstanding creation to optimize M2D visibility.

Who are you?

 A deadlines-driven and a“get into” social media person; A content chameleon, and a storyteller. You know how to engage the audience, and you have excellent graphic design skills. In addition, you are a quick learner, a team player person, and able to take feedback. 

Content Creation area: 

• Create high-quality and diverse content for different channels and platforms to engage our community, ensuring relevant information according to M2D style and tone of voice. 
• Manage a media calendar that incorporates different channels and different audience segments. 
• Edit and evaluate content with a critical eye, paying attention to details. 
• Assist with social media campaigns and analysis of effectiveness. 

Graphic Design Area: 

• Design event flyers and creative pieces for different community experiences 
• Develop communication and marketing materials 
• Creation of different types of pieces, fulfilling the innovation and creativity requirements of the brand 
• Design creatives for external and internal audiences, like brand kits and inclusive internal pieces
