We are excited to invite you to be part of Country Night Presented by DeClute Real Estate, an unforgettable evening featuring live music, country-themed activities, dancing, food, and a headline concert performance by the Jim Cuddy Family Band.

This special event brings our community together for an evening of entertainment and connection, and we need enthusiastic volunteers to help create a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests.

As a volunteer, you will play an important role in supporting event operations, guest services, activities, food service, and concert experiences.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are needed in a variety of roles, including:

• Setup and event preparation
• Parking and transportation support
• Guest welcome and ticketing support
• Information booth and wayfinding assistance
• Courtyard activities
• BBQ and guest support
• Smart Serve bartending support
• Line dancing assistance
• Concert and VIP guest services
• Fundraising support (50/50 and Head or Tails)
• Event closing and takedown support

No matter the role, every volunteer helps create a positive and welcoming experience for our guests.

Volunteer Shift Options

Friday, October 16 – Setup Team

5:45 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Assist with venue preparation, setup, signage, and event readiness.

Saturday, October 17 – Setup Team

9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Help prepare the venue and ensure all event areas are ready for guests.

Assist with parking support, ensuring smooth operations.

Saturday, October 17 – First Shift

1:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Support guest arrival, courtyard activities, food service, ticketing, and early event operations.

Saturday, October 17 – Second Shift

5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

Support the main event, concert experience, guest services, parking, and event closing.
