PAF is currently pursuing a highly motivated individual interested in joining a small collaborative team to lead in Microsoft 365 administration, website administration, and technical support on various ‘social media’ platforms. As the Digital Manager, you will be a volunteer Administrator in a growing organization that relies on digital media for it’s operation.

The PAF administrative platform is through Microsoft 365 and Exchange Server. The website is provided from the Wordpress platform, using popular third-party database plugins. Social media accounts are currently based on Facebook and Twitter. This digital infrastructure has been established using best practices, but is open to review to the successful candidate.

The role of the Digital Manager will include the following responsibilities:

• Microsoft 365 administration includes tasks such as managing user accounts and permissions, configuring security settings, monitoring usage and performance, and troubleshooting issues

• web administration or webmaster duties; revolving around the maintenance, security and updating, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency, backing up, troubleshooting, and evaluating the analytics for the PAF website,

• website front-end management will focus on the current interface and revisions semi-annually to the Registration system. Minimal responsibilities in developing new projects are anticipated for the immediate future,

• website back-end management will mainly consist of assisting the PAF Registrar with database information, and

• assistance in implement online strategies through social media. Typically, content creation will not be expected.

The ideal candidate will have a working understanding and sufficient experience to perform the above role unsupervised.
