Here are the available positions:

Director of Events & Fundraising
Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of all fundraising campaigns and signature events. Cultivates donors and sponsors, sets revenue targets, and ensures every event advances our mission and brand. Must be located in either Vancouver or Toronto. (Hybrid position)

Co-Director of Communications
Co-owns the organization’s voice across social media, press, and internal channels. Crafts clear, consistent messaging, manages media relationships, and measures engagement to keep our community informed and inspired. (Online position)

Co-Director of Programs
Jointly designs, implements, and evaluates all support programs for single mothers and their children. Coordinates day-to-day service delivery, tracks impact metrics, and continuously improves offerings based on participant feedback. Must be located in either Vancouver or Toronto. (Hybrid position)

Co-Director of Recruitment (2x)
Shares responsibility for attracting, onboarding, and retaining volunteers and interns. Supports pipeline development, helps manage volunteer data, and collaborates on orientation and engagement initiatives to keep the team motivated and effective. (Online position).
