 Demonstrated experience and proficiency in conflict resolution techniques and mediation processes. 

 Capacity to analyze complex disputes, identify underlying issues, and facilitate constructive dialogue to reach mutually agreeable solutions. 

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to navigate sensitive and challenging situations effectively. 

Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
