About This Opportunity

As a museum docent, you are a vital part of the museum community. You serve as a tour guide and offer educational programs to the public, providing visitors with an enriching museum experience. Whether leading a tour or presenting a program, you are enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge of the museum’s collections and exhibitions with visitors of all ages. Knowledge of the History of Restigouche County, It's families, industries, and culture is an asset. As a Museum Docent, your deep love of history, flair for storytelling, and genuine interest in interacting with members of the public will serve you well. Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
