We are especially interested in strategic leaders with expertise in Finance, Government Relations, Advocacy, and Governance to enhance our Board. This is an opportunity to bring your experience to the table and help shape a forward-looking strategy that drives real, sustained impact in our community.
We currently have two highlighted roles available, though these represent only some of our open Board positions.
1) Secretary-Treasurer: Ideal for individuals with a strong accounting or financial background;
2) Member-at-Large: Suited for a collaborative strategic leader who will champion government relations and advocacy - someone skilled at building bridges, navigating complexity, and influencing policy to create meaningful change.
Essential requirements:
1) You are at least 18 years old.
2) You have experience, skills, and knowledge in one or more of our sought-after expertise areas.
3) You can commit approximately 4 hours per month for a minimum two-year term
4) You live in Guelph or Wellington County.
