Dear Volunteer 

 Thank you for signing up to volunteer at the Edmonton Ice Cream Run! We are thrilled to have you on board and appreciate your willingness to help make this event a sweet success. 

 Event Details: 

Your Role: Water Station 

 You have been assigned to volunteer at one of our two water stations. You will be filling little cups about halfway and handing them to our participants if they want water. We will provide you a rake and a plastic bag so you can gather and pick up the empty cups. We will provide you latex or vinyl disposable gloves. 

 Here’s a brief overview of your responsibilities: 

 Please be on site at 8:30 am. Our coordinator will be at the volunteer table ready to meet you. You will be shown on a map where the water stations are located on the route. Please pick up a traffic vest when you are ready to head out. Feel free to grab a water and snacks.
