About This Opportunity
As an Education Program Facilitator, you play a critical role in supporting the execution of our programs and workshops, be it online or in person. You will attend the session virtually or on-site, to act as the "back-of-the-room leader", assisting in registrant attendance, leading breakout sessions, helping take notes, etc.
Qualifications

- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Effective verbal, presentation and listening communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in developing problem-solving skills.
- Clearance of vulnerable sector background check with the police, via our agency, may be required.
Responsibilities
You will be asked to perform any combination of the below:

- Attend training/enablement sessions
- Assist with administrative tasks for the instructors
- Welcome participants, introduce session(s) and instructor(s)
- Engage with participants, and assist in answering any questions, whether virtual or in person.
- Lead breakout sessions of sessions, as required
- Support behind the scenes, during, and after sessions as needed (training and instruction provided)
- Assist in the co-creation impact reporting
