About This Opportunity

- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of performing arts productions (theatre, concerts, festivals, etc.).


- Secure funding and manage budgets, grants, sponsorships, and ticket sales.


- Hire and coordinate with directors, cast, crew, designers, and technical staff.


- Schedule rehearsals, performances, and promotional events.


- Ensure compliance with contracts, union regulations, and safety standards.


- Promote productions through marketing campaigns, press releases, and community outreach.


- Oversee logistics such as venue booking, equipment rentals, and technical support.


- Evaluate the success of productions and prepare reports for stakeholders.



Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum age: 12
- Passionate about volunteering and open to learning new skills and softwares
- Complete training prior to start date
- Can commit to the shift schedule


Bonus Skills:
- Fluency/high proficiency in a language other than English
- Previous volunteer experience
