REALM is seeking a dedicated individual to Facilitate a Personal Volunteer Support Network. In this role, you'll utilize the tools and processes provided by REALM to assist someone with a physical disability in leading a small group of volunteers. Together, you'll collaborate on goals, priorities, and needs identified by the individual with a physical disability. Face-to-face interaction, doing what you say you will, when you say you will, is very important on this Personal Volunteer Support Network. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to:
