The Festival Operations volunteer provides information and assistance for visitors throughout the festival. This support includes way-finding, greeting, acting as an elevator attendant, etc. The main goal of this position is to add to the guest experience. A positive and flexible attitude is essential. 

Perks include 2 free tickets to the festival, a t-shirt, water bottle, and a meal during your shifts. We will also be having a draw for prizes, you will get one entry for every shift you work (2 entries for lead roles and badge crew). Prizes we are drawing for include:

Wayfinding, greeting visitors, providing visitors information at the Info Desk, helping fill seats in venues, and helping with line control. This volunteer should be prepared to jump in as needed. There may be some shifts where you are stationary supporting folks and others where you may be pulled to fill other positions, assist with activations, etc.
