Role Overview:
The fundraising coordinator role will help coordinate & support participating schools in the fundraiser. A fundraising coordinator would be given a portfolio of approximately 5-8
participating schools, where the fundraising coordinator is responsible for answering the questions of those schools & supporting the teachers/student leaders running the fundraiser
within their school.
Applicants must be Edmonton & surrounding area students in grades 7-12 during the 2026 - 2027 school year. The role duration is from April 2026 to January 2027. Light training & preparation for the role will take place during the spring months, and the role will mainly take place during the 2026 main fundraiser in the fall.
Responsibilities:
● Support student leaders, teachers & principals in the fundraiser with email & video call support.
● Advise on promotional/informational fundraising material created by participating schools
● Provide progress updates to the BSSF team on participating schools and fundraiser engagement
