About This Opportunity
• Act as Team Leader for the JRTRO Fundraising Team
• Work closely with Administrative Team and current volunteers who organize raffles and silent auctions
• Work closely with President for fundraising events such as the Rescue Ruckous • Explore new fundraising opportunities for the JRTRO, ie. Petsmart Charities and grants • Keep Admin Team advised of upcoming relevant charity events, ie. Giving Tuesday
• May be asked to run new fundraising campaigns, ie. for specific dogs with major health issues
• Attend Canada Helps free seminars
• Submit year end annual reports to President
Time Commitment: This position would probably require less than 2 hours/week most weeks, however, during critical periods, ie. during major fundraising events, it may be more hours, but would probably never be more than 4 hours/week.
