The Brentwood Recovery Home is a Nonprofit Corporation that has provided live in treatment for addictions and provided ongoing programs and services to support continued long term recovery for 60 years. We are looking for leaders like you to join our Fundraising Sub-Committee. Fundraising is critical to our ability to continue to provide recovery services/deliver real results for our clients and alumni.

Brentwood Recovery Home depends on fundraising for over two-thirds of the required revenue. Our ability to continue to offer quality care to clients depends on major fundraising activities.

If you are one or more of the following, we’d like to talk to you:

  • Community leaders and philanthropists willing to engage their peers to support a vital organization in their community.
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial business people, eager to put their enthusiasm for “changing the world” to work on behalf of people and families who struggle with addictions.
  • Expert in fundraising in the not for profit sector
  • People with experience and a demonstrated talent, joy and energy in helping coordinate successful fundraising events and promotions.

If you hold yourself to high expectations, then you’ll find your service very rewarding. We are looking for persons who will: 

  • Attend a monthly committee meeting (first Monday of the month) from 6 pm-7:30 pm.
  • Actively serve on our Fundraising Committee.
  • Advocate for our needs in the community and among your colleagues and peers.
  • Be always curious to learn more about the field of addictions and recovery as well as nonprofit fundraising.

Deadline for applicant responses is February 26, 2024.
