General Team Leader
Summary
Mothers to Daughters, a for-impact organization whose focus is to bridge intergenerational gaps amongst women, is currently seeking a General Team Leader. Reporting to the Strategic Leader.

Weekly Time Commitment: 10-15 hours per week

Responsibilities
− Lead, monitor and supervise team members to increase participation in our initiatives and achieve growth-driven goals for M2D.
− Build and maintain an excellent communication relationship with team members and act as a role model to encourage engagement.
− Monitor performance and supervise the operational and admin aspects of the organization
− Act as an advocate for our cause
− Develop activities to captivate new audiences.
− Other duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned by the Strategic Leader.

− Strong verbal and written communication.
− Experience managing a team of 10+ team members
− Outside of the box thinker, decision-maker and doer
− Organizational and time-management skills
− Hiring experience is a plus
