Locations:
- Hillfield Strathallan College - March 21st –23rd (299 Fennell Ave W, Hamilton, ON)
- Mohawk College - March 26th (135 Fennell Ave W, Hamilton, ON)
Thursday March 21st 2024( 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.)
- Set up tables
- Label project sites
- Distribute name tags
- Stuff goodie bags
- Post directional signs around school
Thursday March 21st 2024 (4:00 – 8:00 p.m.)
- Handout t-shirts / goodie bags
- Greet/Direct students to the correct project location
- Help students make adjustments to project to meet safety inspection
- Place chairs at projects
Friday March 22nd 2024 (7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 12:00 – 4:30 p.m. )
- Greet/Direct judges to judging area
- Help judges find projects
- Set up/clean up meals
- Greet/Direct students
- Supervise students during show
- Chaperone gym during judging
- Assist judges with entering scores in the computer room
Saturday March 23rd 2024 (8:00 – 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. )
- Greet/direct public at front door
- Count visitors Chaperone gym (make sure the public is respecting the projects)
- Help clean the gym up
Tuesday March 26th 2024 (4:30 – 7:30 p.m. and 7:30 – 10:30 p.m.)
- Help move items into theatre
- Post signs
- Traffic control in lobby
- Help public find seats
- Monitor kids coming on/off stage
- Handout project pictures
- Help clean up the theatre

- You DO NOT need to sign up for all the days - timing is flexible and we are able to work to your schedule

- Tasks are flexible - only do as much as you can
