Do you live and breathe Google Ads and Facebook campaign management? Are you a PPC prodigy with a track record of crafting jaw-dropping ad copy and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact? If so, it's time to step into the PPC limelight. We're seeking a seasoned PPC Campaign Specialist with at least 5 years of Google Ads management experience and 3 years of social media (Facebook & Insta) campaign management under their belt. You'll be a critical part of our marketing team, to ensure our campaigns are performing at their peak and CPA remains as low as possible. Responsibilities: • Architect and execute top-notch PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook and Insta, optimizing for performance and the lowest possible CPA. • Craft compelling, next-level ad copy that captivates audiences and drives conversions. • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve performance and increase ROI. • Collaborate with our team of digital marketers to develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies that align with clients' goals. • Master the art of landing pages and website management, tracking, and funnels to ensure seamless user experiences and optimize conversions. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of Google Ads management experience and 3 years of social media (Facebook & Insta) campaign management for multiple clients. Exceptional ad copywriting skills that capture attention and inspire action. A deep understanding of landing pages, tracking, and funnels to optimize user experience and drive conversions. The ability to analyze complex data and turn it into actionable strategies for continuous campaign improvement. A relentless drive to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving PPC landscape.

- Additional Requirements
- A Diploma or a degree in marketing, outreach, community development, or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum three years recent experience related to program and event planning, or community development and outreach
- Experience working across sectors, including community organizations, not-for-profits, local and provincial governments, and private enterprise
- Experience delivering high-quality and high-impact, seminars, events, workshops, conferences (in-person and virtual).
- Demonstrated high degree of diplomacy and tact, and ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Demonstrated excellent writing and oral communication skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet strict and competing deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative skills; demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships at all levels
