About This Opportunity
The Calgary District Soccer Referees Association (CDSRA) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Volunteer Grant & Fundraising Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our mission to enhance the development of soccer referees in Calgary. You will be responsible for identifying grant opportunities, writing compelling grant proposals, and securing funding from various sources, including sponsorships and donations.
Your work will directly contribute to the growth and sustainability of our programs, ensuring that referees at all levels receive the resources they need to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential grant opportunities that align with CDSRA’s mission and programs.
- Write and submit high-quality grant proposals to secure funding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential sponsors and donors.
- Collaborate with the CDSRA board to align fundraising strategies with organizational goals.
- Track and report on grant applications and funding progress.
