What skills and experience you can gain from this role: 

• Create visually appealing components for all ASO communications materials which match with ASO branding guidelines 
• Use digital graphic design software to create graphic images and design layouts that communicate ASO messaging and achieve artistic or decorative effects 
• Collaborate with marketing and social media team to create social media posts, marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters 
• Collaborate with fundraising team to create visually appealing fundraising materials to attract donations 
• Engage different target audiences using different design approaches 

What we are looking for from you: 

• At least 1 year experience in graphic design Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience in creating stop motion videos and animations Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory 
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in designs 
• Time management skills to meet project deadlines Education in Marketing or Graphic Design-related fields is preferred 

Technology Capabilities Requirement: Remote access ability. You will be required to use your own computer/laptop. 

 Time commitment: about 5 hours/per week (remote) 

 Screening Requirements: Resume, Interview, Work Samples/Portfolio 

 Duration: Ongoing for ideally a minimum of 6 month duration. A reference letter could be provided upon completion of a 6 month commitment.
