About This Opportunity

CSSN staff assist with online grocery orders for seniors and adults with disabilities. Volunteers provide contactless delivery to our clients door.

Report back to the Program Coordinator as soon as possible following the trip to confirm successful completion of delivery request, as well as forwarding over any receipts from the trip. • Notify CSSN as soon as possible if unable to complete a scheduled assignment. • To be punctual for all driving assignments. • Provide curb-side pick-up and porch drop offs of groceries. • Immediately report any changes that would adversely affect your ability to drive (health conditions, vehicle safety, driving infractions, etc.). • Ensure that ALL trips have been coordinated and approved by CSSN. • To inform the Program Coordinator if you are unable to continue volunteering or will be away for a length of time. • On a yearly basis, provide the Program Coordinator with proof of your current insurance and Drivers License. • Always maintain client confidentiality and greet clients in a friendly manner. • To be a good listener and respect the needs, decisions, and rights of the client.

Min commitment - 1 hour a week - 1 client
