A unique team-building opportunity! Step out of the office and onto a construction site. You’ll work under the guidance of construction staff and skilled volunteers. 

You'll build a Habitat home that will help a local family build stability through affordable home ownership. We provide all the tools, safety equipment and training you'll need. The tasks on the day will be dependent on the stage of the build, but you can expect to do anything from framing to painting to landscaping.  

Our construction site is welcoming of all skill levels and your Build Day includes a catered lunch, team photo, and exclusive Habitat t-shirts to top off the entire experience. We offer Build Days for large and small teams. 

 How Build Days work: 

• We take care of it all, from registration to tool belts, all you have to do is show up! 
• Our build sites can accommodate teams of 12 (small team) or 18 (large team) people per day with a minimum sponsorship of $5,000 for small team and $7,500 for large team Build Days. 
• Your corporate sponsorship will build a Habitat home and pay for the building materials and land, which supports the construction costs and directly benefits a Habitat partner family – while taking part in a rewarding and powerful team building experience! An investment in a Habitat Southern Alberta build is an investment in your team members, your community, and your corporate brand. 
• Our team offers support with registration and scheduling and provides all necessary personal protective equipment and tools for your building experience. As well as expert training and supervision. It's easy! All you have to do is put together the people and we’ll take care of the rest.
