About This Opportunity
We are seeking friendly, organized volunteers to help check in guests for three special events happening on May 23, 2025. Volunteers will greet guests, verify tickets (via Eventbrite app or printed list), and highlight names to confirm attendance. A team lead will be on-site to support volunteers.
Shift Times & Roles Needed:
Breakfast Shift: 7:00 AM – 8:15 AM (3 volunteers)
Lunch Shift: 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM (3 volunteers)
Evening Shift: 5:45 PM – 7:15 PM (10 volunteers)
Location: Calgary, AB
Note: Volunteers are welcome to stay and enjoy the event after their shift, if space allows.
