Support the development of:
Strategies: volunteer involvement strategy, Policy and Procedures Manual, organizational competencies, functional competencies
Managing the Organization: job analysis, job descriptions
Recruitment: job advertisements Screening: volunteer application form, applicant tracking process, interview questions
Selection: interview assessment
Orientation: checklists, volunteer handbook, waivers
Workforce Relations: complaint process/ forms, discipline process/ forms
Performance Management: goal setting/ performance evaluation form
Offboarding: checklist, exit interview/ surveys
Visually map key processes
Ensure compliance with Human Rights, Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy, Occupational Health and Safety, and Employment Standards
