About This Opportunity

Indigenous volunteers are needed to assist Probation officers with case note preparation, help with filing, reviewing notes and files, prepare community resources and update resource lists.

The Society employs Indigenous workers who supervise sentence orders for Indigenous youth and adults residing in London, Woodstock, St. Thomas and the three neighbouring reserves: Munsee-Delaware First Nation, Chippewas of the Thames First Nation and Oneida Nation of the Thames. The Indigenous Services workers incorporate traditional Indigenous approaches in their work with clients.
