About This Opportunity
- Assist patients, visitors, family member to their destination either through providing clear and accurate directions or by directly escorting the patient, family member and visitor to their destination in a manner reflective of our core values of respect, excellence and compassion.
- Provide wayfinding information (directions) to patients and visitors to assist them in finding the appropriate clinic/area of the hospital
- Provide copies of hospital maps to visitors/patients
- Contact Portering Services if a porter is required to push a patient in a wheelchair
- Respond to general questions about the hospital
- Escort visitors/patients, as required, to areas of the different areas of the hospital

- Minimum 16 years old
- Proof of Covid Vaccination
- 2-step TB test (may be obtained at hospital)
- health review (proof of immunized against mumps, measles, rubella, varicella)
