About This Opportunity


We are in need of a Marketing Coordinator to help facilitate all of our marketing campaigns, initiatives and activities to promote our organization. Duties include, in collaboration with the Directors, strategizing and planning various marketing campaigns and creating content for marketing campaigns as needed.

Tasks could include:

  1. Supporting the Directors in evaluating and establishing a marketing strategy and plan,
  2. Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to the Directors while providing instructions for promotion or use,
  3. Planning and facilitating marketing efforts for concerts and events, including delivery of posters about town, and recording videos at rehearsals
  4. Maintaining an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed,
  5. Developing various types of marketing deliverables, including social media posts, videos, press releases and print materials,
  6. Monitoring and analyzing metrics to track the success of marketing campaigns,
  7. Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies.
Attending concerts and rehearsals in order to get an idea of what we are trying to promote would be a benefit, but there are some materials available online.
