About This Opportunity

Role Summary: Join us as a compassionate Member Feeding Assistant Volunteer and promote the health and wellbeing of our extraordinary members. Your crucial role involves assisting with feeding, ensuring they receive proper food and beverages. Make a meaningful impact in their lives! 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Assist members during mealtime with empathy. 
  • Ensure proper food and beverage intake. 
  • Report concerns to the supervisor. 
  • Maintain a clean feeding area. 
  • Engage in friendly conversations. 
  • Provide support and assistance as needed. 
  • Complete simple documentation. 

Requirements: 

  • Must be 18 years or older. 
  • Compassionate and patient demeanour. 
  • Completion of feeding training. 
  • Vulnerable Sector Screening.

Commitment: 

  •  1-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (11:30 AM to 12:30 PM or as assigned). 
  • Minimum commitment: 3 months.
