At Empowered Futures, we are dedicated to creating confident, emotionally intelligent, and resourceful adults through self-empowerment, business mentorship, and unwavering support, to help them build their capability and reap their full potential. 

This volunteer position offers a unique opportunity to utilize your skills and contribute to making a significant impact on individuals' lives. 

Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with other Program Strategists to develop, implement, and evaluate the processes, procedures and policies of Empowered Futures' digital mentorship program. Establish onboarding content and training for incoming mentors and mentees Collaborate with Quality Assurance to monitor the effectiveness of the mentorship curriculum Optimize the digital mentorship platform through feedback and testing 

 Qualifications: 

You are passionate about mentorship and want to inspire hope for the future generation of emerging adults. 

Previous experience in mentoring. 

Previous experience in Program Strategy or other related fields is an asset. 

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other team members. 

Able to attend bi-weekly meetings on Fridays at 9:30 am MDT.
