Overview: Be a part of an exciting day dedicated to promoting skill-building and teamwork! Volunteers are needed to assist with check-in for Soccer Development Day. Your role will help ensure the event runs smoothly and that participants feel welcomed and ready to join the fun.
Responsibilities:
Check-In Management: Welcome participants, verify registrations, and provide any necessary materials (e.g., name tags, schedules).
Participant Assistance: Answer questions and direct attendees to their assigned areas or activities.
Record Keeping: Maintain an organized and efficient check-in process to ensure accurate attendance records.
Event Support: Provide additional assistance to organizers as needed, such as directing participants or handling last-minute requests.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, approachable, and organized.
- Comfortable interacting with participants of all ages.
- Able to manage time effectively and multitask in a busy environment. Reliable and punctual for the event schedule.
Time Commitment: Volunteers are needed for 3 hours on the day of the event, including preparation and wrap-up of the check-in process.
