About This Opportunity
• Ensure a warm welcome for all patients, family and visitors at the hospital entrance.
• Provide information, directions and personal guide through facility as requested; assist with wheelchairs and patients dropped off at the main entrance.
• Ensure the lobby environment remains clean and presentable.
• Assist with parking machine as needed
• Use technology efficiently (phones, voicemail, and computer).
• Contribute to the prevention of infection and clean your work area before your shift.
• Address questions about volunteering and encourage community participation.
• Participate in team meetings and training as requested.
