About This Opportunity
We are looking for a Phone Receptionist to track and return phone calls to families, friends, volunteers, supporters and child and family organizations. Calls may be to give information, register families in programs, invite support from donors and sponsors, and the like.
Responsibilities: Track and return phone calls. Peek times are before fundraising campaigns, about every 3 months for one to 3 weeks.
