Program Experience Assistant
Summary
Mothers to Daughters, a for-impact organization whose focus is to bridge intergenerational gaps amongst women, is currently seeking a Project Coordinator. Reporting to the Committee of Program Development & Fundraising, in this position, you will be in charge of the applicants experience pre and post programs implementation.

About This Opportunity
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of programs from commencement to conclusion, including positioning activities, the coordination of scheduling and deliverables, and review periods through to submission, partners presentations and debrief.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program applicants’ interactions to identify requirements and information useful in optimizing the programs experience
- Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Establish communication channels and mediums through which program applicants reach out to M2D and vice versa.
- Other duties as assigned by the Committee of Program Development & Fundraising

- Exceptional researcher, presenter and persuasive writer who demonstrates strong research skills with an ability to translate information into insight to fuel winning strategies.
- 2-3 years’ experience creating community-oriented business plans
- Analytical, critical-thinker, witty, self-confident, team player, able to take feedback, and support your team members
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication and time management skills
